Hurrah for Morro Bay Cabinets!

We're writing to thank you for the fabulous job you guys did on our cabinets. We just LOVE them. They turned out great. We love the color, the design...just everything about them. :-)

Several friends have popped in to see them and they all have just ooo'd and aaaaah'd as well. Meticulous attention to detail is so obvious everywhere. Bruce is so pleased with how the fronts of the islands look, especially the large island that faces the great room; what gorgeous woodwork! The kitchen is a masterpiece, but the cabinets in each of the bathrooms are amazing as well. SO beautiful.

We will definitely recommend you to others and we're going to enjoy our terrific cabinets for years to come. Thanks Jennifer and Mike.

Thanks for all the time you spent with us, all the explanations you gave to us about the process; and even after you'd begun building our cabinets, the reassurance you provided that things were progressing well and our cabinets would be installed when you said they would be! Let me begin by telling you just how beautiful our new cabinets are! They are amazing, we are sooo happy. I am waiting for the granite, windows and flooring to be finished so I can send you a picture. Everyone who has seen them loves them. I am very happy with the color. I like the way they go with the oak we already have.

Jeff and I ordered the pulls and knobs from the web site you sent. Thank you for taking the time to research that and forward it on to us. One more detail...done! I just didn't realize how many decisions we needed to make. I know most people love all the options - they make me crazy.

Dear Morro Bay Cabinets,

I am writing this letter to you to let you know how very happy we are with our new cabinets and with the service you provided us. The cabinets are beautiful--the island, credenza, bookcases, and on and on. But what makes your company special is your unbelievable service! Steve Gordon was one of the installers, and he was fabulous! He is so knowledgeable yet has such wonderful interpersonal skills. When my island arrived, it seemed overwhelmingly large to me, even though our architect had designed it that way. Steve immediately suggested that he trim a few inches off the island's overhang, and that made all the difference in the world! We also had a few appliance-fitting issues, and Steve made everything work. He just seems to give the customer the feeling that he is going to make sure everything works out perfectly, creating the happy ending! I loved Steve's enthusiasm, creativity, and wonderful sense of humor.

In addition to Steve, Mark did a great job with the cabinet installation, and Jennifer was so very helpful in the bid process. She was always available to answer any of our questions.

In conclusion, we are 200% satisfied with Morro Bay Cabinets, and we plan to recommend your company to all of our friends who are interested in home remodeling.

I love Morro Bay Cabinets. I am recommending them to anyone I know that is getting new cabinetry. From design to installation, I was treated with respect, patience and an attitude of sincere concern for the quality and details of my cabinetry. I never felt pressured, and when I had a design impasse they were always able to come up with a great solution. The quality of the cabinets is amazing, really beautiful. The cost was very affordable. The installers were qualified perfectionists that saw to it that it all came together perfectly.

I want to thank Lisa for her amazing patience and sense of humor and especially her great design sense. She is a big asset to Morro Bay Cabinets. I know I won the award for "most indecisive" and yet I never had the feeling of being too uncomfortable to make another change, or meet with her yet another time. My cabinets turned out so beautifully. Thanks Lisa!! Also, thanks to the guys that installed my cabinets. They were very gracious with my questions and I love that they were so pro-active in replacing a damaged door right away. It's obvious that they began their experience in building the cabinetry, because it shows in their professional solutions to questions that came up during installation. Plus they were happy and relaxed and yet very focused on doing a great job. I get the feeling that this is a company that works well for not only the customer, but also the employees.
